Corona Virus (Covid-19)

Update as of September 1st, 2020

Azuradisc is open and continuing to serve our customers though online ordering and telephone support.
 
Physical presence restrictions and the limitation of commerce due to both Government and Private company policies have forced some permanent changes to our overall business operations and work schedules. This includes in person transaction restrictions, which are now by appointment only.
 

Using Azuradisc Machines with Disinfectants for sterilization.

Azuradisc Policool Products contain anti-bacterial anti-fungal and anti-virus properties which are helpful in the sterlization of CDs, DVDs, and Video Game Discs for public circulation.  However since we have not conducted specific laboratory tests for the effectiveness to kill COVID-19, we are recommending using  dis-infectants recommeded by the CDC in tandem with Policool as a part of your overall clean and disinfecting process of Optical Media.   For recommended disinfecting instructions please email me and I will send to you our most up to date disinfecting recommendations. 

 

Our Telephones communications have changed..

We are currently working with very limited amount of staff, and continue to work hard to answer calls during our posted business hours. There are some peak times where our lines can be overwhelmed by inbound callers, while we are assisting other callers,  so If you need to speak with us by phone, but are not getting through, please send us an email at info@azuradisc.com.  We will get back with you as soon as possible. We have also been having many problems with Century Link, for some reason they continue to shut down our Toll Free Telephone Lines. We are aware of this, and have continued to call Century Link for help, unfortunately we are still waiting to hear back from them. So I apologize our Toll Free Number 1-888-933-4923 is not currently reliable enough to recommend.  If you call it and it works, please let us know as this is an ongoing battle to restore this number for our customers.

Online Ordering Vs. Telephone Ordering.

We encourage you to place your orders through our website, as this is still the most efficient way to place an order with us. However if you are having trouble placing an order, Do not hesitate to call us or send us an email. We will contact you as soon as humanly possible and ensure your order gets placed correctly.

Expected Shipping Times

Please order soon and do not hesitate if you need supplies now or expect to need them in the near future. Those who wait to order must be prepared for possible delays as the supply chains are still experiencing interruptions and delays with deliveries.

We are shipping orders based on which ones were received first. Our goal is to ship within 3 business days of receiving your order, currently most orders ship same day or next day depending on when the order is received.

Quarantine and Possible Shipping Delays

Some packages are still being quarantined, causing delays in some sorting hubs.  For those who have concern about handling inbound packages, as an extra added safety precaution be prepared to receive packages and let them sit for up to 5 days before handling them.

There is not a lot of data on how long viruses can live on packages, but some respected studies suggest different life cycles on different surfaces and nearly all studies show the covid-19 virus is unable to stay alive past a few days without a host, so if you want to be extra cautious, add some extra time into unboxing your products. It does not hurt to spray disinfectant onto the boxes, then let them sit for a couple extra days.  This way we can all still trade goods while still being safe.
