Unfortunately our telephones are not up and running as we originally planned. We are still waiting for an updated schedule from Century Link as to when our live phone service will be turned on.
We are answering emails and shipping packages.
We apologize our phones are not working to be able to answer live phone calls as we originally planned them to be running by today, however You can still place orders through our website, and we have resumed shipping out packages although please be aware there may be a slight delay as we currently work through a backlog of orders. We are shipping orders based on which ones were received first.

We are a small family operated company and this is an all hands on deck move for us, so we appreciate your patience as we get set back up to serve you.
Our Big Move is still Underway!
Thank you for being patient with us during this transition. Even with all the advanced planning and extra time we added in case things took longer than expected, we have now blown past those dates and are in the final stages of getting everything out of our old location and moved into our new building.
- We still do not have electricity at our new building. Our utility companies have all fallen behind schedule, so we are working on setting up a backup generator and should have a solution online soon to give us lights and heat to keep moving in.
- We are also still waiting on Telephone and Internet Services. Long past due their completion dates, we are also working on alternative plans as we patiently wait for new service to be established.
Online Ordering will continue to be available while our phones are being set up… To be more specific we are waiting for our telephone service to be turned on at our new site. We are now shipping from our new facility and will continue to answer support questions through email you send us. We still have quite a bit of setting up to do in our new facility, and are working diligently to restore our normal operating schedule. If you have an urgent issue, please email us at email@example.com, we will do our best to answer emails as quickly as possible. Our telephone system will send you to voice mail until the new service has been turned on, we are still waiting for an update from Century Link as to when the service will be turned on.
ALL MAIL Correspondence can be sent to our New Mailing address at P.O. Box 2178, Queen Creek, Arizona 85142. We will begin to forward all mail to this address effective immediately.
Our Normal Business Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
(Mountain Standard time) we have resumed working these hours, as of Monday January 6th 2020
