Corona Virus (Covid-19) and Supply Chain Information updates.
Update as of November 2022
Azuradisc is open and continuing to serve our customers though online ordering, email and telephone support. However we will be closed briefly between November 23rd, 2022 and November 25th 2022 in observation of the National Holiday of Thanksgiving . We will continue to accept online orders during this period. We will resume shipping on November 28th 2022. Physical presence restrictions and the limitation of commerce due to both Government and Private company policies have forced some permanent changes to our overall business operations and work schedules. This includes in person transaction restrictions, which are now by appointment only.
Using Azuradisc Machines with Disinfectants for sterilization.
Azuradisc Policool Products contain anti-bacterial anti-fungal and anti-virus properties which are helpful in the sterilization of CDs, DVDs, and Video Game Discs for public circulation. However since we have not conducted specific laboratory tests for the effectiveness to kill COVID-19, we are recommending using disinfectants recommended by the CDC in tandem with Policool as a part of your overall clean and disinfecting process of Optical Media. For recommended disinfecting instructions please email me and I will send to you our most up to date disinfecting recommendations.

We are currently working hard to answer all calls during our posted business hours. There are some peak times where our lines are overwhelmed by inbound automated calls, so If you need to speak with us by phone, but are not getting through, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back with you as soon as possible. We have been experiencing an extremely high number of automated robot-calls, so many in fact that we are finding that 97 out of 100 calls are not humans, and simply hang up on us as soon as we answer. Online Ordering Vs. Telephone Ordering.
We encourage you to place your orders through our website, as this is still the most efficient way to place an order with us. However if you are having trouble placing an order, Do not hesitate to call us or send us an email. We will contact you as soon as humanly possible and ensure your order gets placed correctly.
Expected Shipping Times
Please order soon and do not hesitate if you need supplies now or expect to need them in the near future. Those who wait to order must be prepared for possible delays as the supply chains are still experiencing interruptions and delays with deliveries.
We are shipping orders based on which ones were received first. Our goal is to ship within 3 business days of receiving your order, currently most orders ship same day or next day depending on when the order is received for our most common supplies, such as Policool. However we are currently running into some delays when fulfilling orders that contain lead times or have been back ordered. Current Lead times for a New Machine will be shipped out in about 1-2 weeks from time of order based on our current order list. All our machines are built in Arizona by hand, each one is tested and tuned before being packaged and shipped out. We fill these in first come first serve order, and are building in batches so yours may ship sooner or slightly after these targets depending on when you place your order.
Are we still seeing Shipping issues?
Packages are now moving at a fairly normal pace compared to pre pandemic levels. There are occasionally some delays caused by bad weather conditions or peak time such as just prior to the holidays. We will include a tracking number with every order we send out to allow you to get live updates regarding the expected arrival of your package. Be sure to check your spam mail if you cannot locate the shipping notification email from us or log into your account to locate the status of your order.
